A first-of-its-kind Toda hand-embroidered sari presented on a lightweight, diaphanous organic cotton and Merino wool custom weave.
Our senior artisan takes approximately 45 days to hand embroider this design on this fine fabric. We have very limited pieces in the four designs seen here.
The ancient motifs, inspired by the sacred Toda landscape, feature mountains, natural elements, and endemic forest botanicals.
Each piece is accompanied by a note about the makers, offering a glimpse into the story behind this extraordinary craft encased in a quilted, repurposed sari bag made in our studio.
